Job Title: Pharmaceutical Production Manager

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the production process within our pharmaceuticals and nutraceuticals department.

  • Ensure Compliance: Comply with all regulatory requirements, including adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and industry standards.
  • Manage Production Operations: Oversee daily operations on the production floor, manage resources such as raw materials, equipment, and manpower to meet production targets.
  • Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure products meet safety, efficacy, and quality standards.
  • Supervise the Production Team: Lead and mentor production staff to ensure proper training and motivation.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate supply of raw materials and finished products.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production activities, including batch records, equipment logs, and inventory reports.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Pharm D Qualification: A Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm D) degree is essential.
  • Experience: At least 6 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical or nutraceutical industry.
  • Knowledge of Regulations: Strong understanding of pharmaceutical and nutraceutical regulations and guidelines.
  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail to ensure compliance and quality.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and manage a production team effectively.
