About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Leader to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading a group of customer service representatives in a remote setting.

You will work closely with teams in the USA and Canada to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Oversee the handling of customer inquiries, complaints, and order issues, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
  • Develop and implement customer service strategies, policies, and procedures tailored to the garment retail industry.
  • Address escalated customer issues, maintaining a professional and customer-centric approach.
  • Train customer service representatives to understand and adapt to USA and Canada customer expectations.
  • Track and analyze team performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management.
  • Manage and optimize the use of CRM software and e-commerce tools to streamline customer interactions.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in customer service leadership or supervisory role, preferably in retail or e-commerce.
  • Familiarity with garment retail, particularly knitted apparel.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, e-commerce platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
