Offshore Project Director

The primary objective of the Offshore Project Director will be to oversee the entire project lifecycle, encompassing pre-bid and post-award activities. Key responsibilities include implementing daily operations, managing project requirements and timelines, leading the project team, and ensuring high Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Ensure adherence to established standards, procedures, and client requirements.
  2. Manage project budgets, scope, vendors, procurement, and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders.
  3. Effectively lead the project team, promoting clear communication across departments.
  4. Monitor project progress to ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency.
  5. Develop contingency plans for critical delays.
  6. Track project costs to stay within budget and report progress regularly.
  7. Conduct thorough project closeout, including evaluations and lessons learned.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 12 years of relevant offshore fabrication experience.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
