Job Title: Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant

This challenging and rewarding position enables you to grow as a professional consultant. As an HCM Cloud Consultant, you will be the primary contact person for our customers for the implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM solutions.

Your key responsibilities include:

  1. Documenting existing and desired business processes and workflows based on client needs and industry best practices.
  2. Leading analysis and design in different HCM modules and collaborating closely with clients' business teams.
  3. Comprehending business needs, capturing functional and technical requirements, transforming them into Oracle HCM Cloud module specifications, and aligning requirements with other functional and technical teams.
  4. Designing processes and formulating solution blueprints for project implementation.
  5. Configuring systems and testing solutions with users.
  6. Providing user training.
  7. Supporting cutover and stabilizing solutions, providing post go-live support.
  8. Working closely with internal teams and Oracle to recommend process and technology solutions to meet project objectives.
  9. Liaising with Oracle to validate proposed solutions and coordinating follow-up infrastructure provisioning.
  10. Collaborating with PMO office and clients to ensure all activities for meeting next milestones are accurately identified and sequenced.
  11. Presenting project progress, risks, roadblocks, and workarounds in client meetings.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any Engineering discipline.

Must-Have Skills:

  1. Passionate about personal and professional growth.
  2. Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  3. Proven track record of actively participating in end-to-end implementation and ongoing support of at least two Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.
  4. Hands-on experience in one or more of the following HCM modules: Talent Management, Goals and Performance, Career Development, Talent Review and Succession Management.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Ability to impact operations and effect change without being confrontational.
  7. Ability to document meticulous details around business processes.
  8. Work with business to write test cases to test business requirements and help execution and tracking.
  9. Ability to drive issue resolutions, decision-making processes, and coordinate with other teams (internal or external 3rd party teams).
  10. Extremely organized with strong time-management skills.
