Job Title

We are seeking a Manufacturing Operations Manager for the B&W category.

Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the on-time delivery of all new innovations, re-launches, and localizations in the B&W category. You will work closely with stakeholders across brands, R&D, and extended supply chain teams to ensure seamless project execution.

You will analyze the manufacturing capacity of the B&W category, identify bottlenecks, and lead capacity enhancement projects from initiation to completion. Additionally, you will coordinate product trials, conduct asset mapping, and raise PCPs for supply chain initiatives.

Our ideal candidate possesses strong analytical and project management skills, with experience in Supply Chain operations, manufacturing, or engineering. They should have a proven track record of delivering results, working collaboratively, and demonstrating excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

This role requires a deep understanding of data-driven decision-making, scenario planning, and exception-based planning. If you are passionate about driving business growth and improving consumer satisfaction, we encourage you to apply.
