As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for implementing and managing human resources programs, practices, and procedures across multiple countries. Your primary functions will include providing professional HR supervision and support, implementing inclusion strategies, and driving recruitment, talent management, and training needs analysis.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement and manage HR programs, practices, and procedures
- Provide professional HR supervision and support
- Implement inclusion strategies
- Drive recruitment, talent management, and training needs analysis
You will also be responsible for managing and administering MPMD processes, job catalogues, and classifications following corporate guidelines. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with legal, industrial, and group standards, including ethics, quality, and risk management.
HSE Requirements:- Comply with all applicable legal, BV Group HSE policies, client HSE procedures, and practices
- Maintain tidy, hazard-free work areas and report hazards immediately
- Report hazards and participate in operational risk control measures
- Report and cooperate in HSE incident investigations
- Attend professional development events, conferences, or workshops to stay industry-informed and network
- Monthly HR reports (manual/HRIS), inclusion & diversity, CSR, policies & procedures, employee engagement, HRIS accuracy, talent management, L&D, internal audits, banding, local HR support
