Job Title: Technical Project Coordinator

Precise Technology Consultants is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Project Coordinator to join our team.

About the Role
  • Manage project development from beginning to end, defining project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
  • Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
  • Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
  • Negotiate with other colleagues for the acquisition of required personnel from within the organization.
  • Determine and assess the need for additional staff and make the appropriate recruitment if necessary during the project cycle.
  • Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A University degree in IT Management/IT Project Management or Software Management.
  • At least 8 years of experience managing teams in project environments.
  • Proficiency with commonly used software tools and methodologies.
  • Superior interpersonal and written/oral communication skills with the ability to relate well and cooperate with others to effectively coordinate activities and accomplish goals.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand the customer's industry and core business processes.
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
  • Good project and time management skills.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Leadership skills.
  • Ability and willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekend days.
Requirements
  • University degree in IT Management/IT Project Management or Software Management.
  • 8+ years of experience managing teams in project environments.
  • Proficiency in commonly used software tools and methodologies.
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and industry trends.
