Key Responsibilities:

  1. Able to manage multiple large concurrent technology programs or portfolios.
  2. Highly organized and detail-oriented; self-motivated.
  3. Excellent communication skills are essential for interacting and communicating with key stakeholders at all levels across the company (including Senior Executives) to manage, inform and influence outcomes.
  4. Work independently to define, plan, and execute technical projects; able to distill data and articulate rationale for making difficult trade-offs and prioritizations.
  5. Motivate teams (not always reporting directly to you) to solve problems and deliver high quality results in a fast-paced, collaborative environment across multiple geographies.
  6. Exhibit outstanding influencing skills to effectively drive large-scale technical delivery at all levels of the organization.
  7. Have experience using planning and task management tools (Gantt, Jira) and common project management practices to support delivery objectives.

DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Lead program delivery to support long-term business objectives that are complex and integrated.
  2. Create clear scope definition across all areas of the program, including planning, communications, change management, and implementation.
  3. Design, develop, and manage complex integrated roadmaps and delivery plans in a dynamic environment that is constantly adapting to the changing need of the customer.
  4. Partner with stakeholders to provide strategic and tactical thought leadership while effectively driving program delivery; produce program reporting to executive stakeholders on the status and health of the program.
  5. Capture, resolve, and escalate risk & impediments to ensure that program delivery continues effectively and unencumbered; ensure programs are delivered on time and within budget.
  6. Support senior-level executives and support the creation of C-level presentation materials to support the communication of program-level status and information for various stakeholders.
  7. Run agile ceremonies and ensure a healthy team backlog and process.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. 3+ years of experience in product or program management with end-to-end product and/or service delivery.
  2. 3+ years of experience overseeing roadmap strategy, definition, improvement, and measurement.
