Administrative Support Role

The Partnership (and Communications) Senior Assistant will be part of the Partnership Unit in the Pakistan Country Office under the South Asia Multi-Country Office (SAMCO). The role involves administrative support for the unit, contributing to achieving mission-focused goals and objectives. The position will report to the Partnerships Specialist under the overall guidance and support of the Country Manager for Pakistan.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Partnership Specialist in keeping records of minutes, updating the engagement tracker, and maintaining the engagement overview dashboard.
  • Provide administrative support with Partner Surveys and resulting action plans.
  • Document project activities and events, including administrative media support for communications and reporting.
  • Assist in tracking and monitoring project activities, including beneficiary data and progress of schemes for communication and reporting purpose.
  • Contribute to the preparation of regular monitoring reports.

Additional responsibilities include assisting in documenting lessons learned and best practices, sharing this knowledge within the team and with relevant stakeholders, and supporting the collection and compilation of data for reporting on key performance indicators related to partnerships and communication.

Requirements:
  • 0-2 years of experience in a similar field.
  • Relevant skills and qualifications in advocacy and communications.
