Partnerships Officer (Health) Retainer

Skilled partnerships professionals with a proven track record of success in fundraising, donor engagement and pipeline management are sought to join our team.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will provide technical advice and support to our Partnerships & Programme Development Section and relevant project teams. Key responsibilities include mapping and prioritizing health-funding opportunities, developing concept notes and proposals, cultivating donor relationships, and strengthening pipeline management and knowledge sharing.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Fundraising and Resource Mobilization:
    • Analyze global and regional donor landscapes to identify potential funding sources for health priorities in Pakistan.
    • Craft winning submissions for at least three health-funding sources, including concept notes and project proposals that meet donor requirements.
  • Donor Engagement and Relationship Building:
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key donors and stakeholders in the health sector.
    • Represent the organization in meetings with donors and other entities, and produce talking points, pitch decks, meeting briefs, and trip reports as needed.
  • Pipeline Management and Knowledge Sharing:
    • Contribute to the development of a comprehensive funding-pipeline tracker to monitor progress and identify opportunities for growth.
    • Document lessons learned and update internal proposal toolkits, sample annexes, and SOPs to ensure best practices are shared across the organization.
Deliverables:
  • A sectoral donor-mapping report and engagement plan.
  • Three agreed-upon concept notes and project proposals.
  • Identification and engagement of two funding sources in the health sector.
  • Consolidated lessons-learned and hand-over report.
