We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Quality and Compliance to join our team at HR Era Consulting Services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance and compliance, with excellent analytical and decision-making skills.
The successful applicant will be responsible for determining, negotiating, and agreeing on in-house quality procedures, standards, and specifications. They will also devise procedures to inspect and report quality issues, monitor all operations that affect quality, and supervise and guide inspectors, technicians, and other staff.
In addition, the candidate will assure the reliability and consistency of production by checking processes and final output, appraise customers' requirements, and ensure satisfaction. They will also report all malfunctions to production executives to ensure immediate action and facilitate proactive solutions by collecting and analyzing quality data.
The job specification requires a team leader and team player with strong analytical and decision-making skills, well-developed inter-personal and communication skills, and the ability to develop and effectively implement QA related SOPs.
Minimum requirements include 3 years' experience in Warehousing Quality Assurance in a reputed pharmaceutical company (preferably MNC), car entitlement, provident fund, and health insurance for self, spouse, and children.
