Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Education and Training Manager to join our team in expanding our presence in higher education. This role is a key part of our University Partnerships Europe Division, focused on developing strategies for attracting prospective students from various backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning & Execution:
    • Develop comprehensive recruitment plans and campaigns that identify and engage with high-quality prospective students from diverse backgrounds.
    • Collaborate with institutions to align recruitment targets with long-term enrolment goals.
    • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies, making adjustments as necessary to meet annual enrolment targets.
  • Relationship Building:
    • BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG PARTNERSHIPS WITH KEY STAKEHOLDERS, including high schools, community colleges, educational consultants, and other relevant organizations.
    • Engage with external partners to enhance recruitment efforts, including community organizations, industry leaders, and alumni networks.
    • Foster positive relationships with prospective students and their families through personal meetings, campus visits, and recruitment events.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting:
    • Analyse trends in student recruitment, application data, and conversion rates using analytics and CRM tools.
    • Prepare regular reports on recruitment performance and present findings to senior management, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.
    • Implement effective follow-up strategies to ensure successful conversion of inquiries into enrolments.
  • Qualifications
    • Education:
      • PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE A DEGREE IN HIGHER EDUCATION, MARKETING, BUSINESS, OR A RELATED FIELD.
    • Experience:
      • A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in student recruitment, admissions, or enrolment management in higher education.
      • Proven track record of leading teams and developing successful recruitment strategies.
      • Familiarity with CRM systems, data analysis, and digital marketing tools.
    • Skills:
      • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
      • Excellent organisational and project management abilities.
      • Ability to work collaboratively with various departments, students, and external stakeholders.
      • Data-driven decision-making skills with the ability to interpret recruitment metrics and trends.
      • Comfortable representing the institution at events and presentations.
