
Administrative Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Daily reporting to ensure alignment with company policies.
- Selecting products for online sales platforms, preparing customer quotations, and following orders and deliveries.
- Maintaining customer service levels throughout the sales process.
- Developing relationships with existing clients and recruiting new ones for business growth.
- Providing telephone support to customers in selecting the right products.
- Supporting technical teams in additional areas as required.
- Performing general administrative duties such as filing, logging calls, database administration, etc.
Skill Requirements
- Strong communication, interpersonal, influencing, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to quickly build relationships with clients.
- Capacity to assertively influence and actively manage customer expectations.
- Self-motivation and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
- Professional appearance and presentation.
