Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented administrative support specialist to coordinate office activities and operations.

The ideal candidate will supervise administrative staff, assign tasks, and ensure performance meets expectations.

You will be responsible for managing agendas, travel arrangements, and appointments for upper management.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, as you will manage phone calls, correspondence, and records.

Additionally, you will support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures, track office supplies, and submit timely reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance
  • Supervise administrative staff and assign tasks
  • Manage agendas, travel arrangements, and appointments
  • Manage phone calls, correspondence, and records
  • Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
  • Track office supplies and place orders
  • Submit timely reports

Requirements:

Education and Qualifications: High school diploma; BSc/BA in office administration or relevant field preferred

Skills and Qualifications: Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, excellent organizational and leadership skills, familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles, and excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software (ERP, etc.)
