About the Role">

We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Specialist to join our team. This role will play a pivotal part in managing e-commerce platforms, optimizing logistics processes, and enhancing customer experiences.

  1. Manage end-to-end operations for dropshipping and 3PL services, ensuring timely order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and seamless delivery.
  2. Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and third-party logistics partners to optimize shipping routes, reduce transit times, and minimize shipping costs.
Key Responsibilities

This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers and partners. The ideal candidate will have a focus on accuracy and quality in all aspects of work.

  • Oversee the management of inventory levels and stock replenishment to prevent stockouts and backorders.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to order fulfillment, shipping efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field, and proven experience in e-commerce operations, dropshipping, and third-party logistics, preferably within the East Coast region.
