Job Title: Business Development Executive (Upwork Bidding Specialist)

Salary Range: PKR 60,000 – 70,000 (based on experience)

Employment Type: Full-time

Experience Required: Minimum 1 year (IT Sector)

Technology Architects is looking for a passionate and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our IT company. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in the tech industry, has a strong understanding of software solutions, and excels in building lasting business relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate sales leads targeting the USA, Saudi Arabia, and the broader Middle East markets, converting them into successful sales.
  • Connecting with Businesses owners as well as concerned personnel on LinkedIn for lead and business generation
  • Leverage experience with Upwork and similar freelance portals to acquire new clients and projects.
  • Conduct market research to pinpoint potential clients and sales opportunities.
  • Establish and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Identify emerging market trends and tailor our service offerings to align with client needs.
  • Track and manage potential leads, ensuring follow-ups and deal closures.
  • Prepare and present compelling proposals that highlight the ROI of our IT services.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the IT industry.
  • Experience using LinkedIn for networking and lead generation is a plus.
  • Experience with freelance platforms such as Upwork and Similar Freelance Portals is a plus.
  • Ability to understand and explain software solutions to clients.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking abilities.
