Job Title

We are seeking an exceptional Backend Developer to create scalable, secure solutions that meet business objectives.

About the Role

The successful candidate will own project architecture, lead technical reviews, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between technology and business needs.

Responsibilities
  • Design and implement large-scale projects using PHP/Symfony, ensuring high-quality standards are met across projects.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to influence technical decisions and align technology with business goals.
  • Mentor and guide engineers at all levels, promoting a culture of technical excellence and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
  • 5+ years programming experience in PHP 7/8 and 3+ years recent work with Symfony (Doctrine, Twig, EventDispatcher, Console).
  • Deep knowledge of MySQL or PostgreSQL and Elasticsearch.
  • SOLID principles and practical experience applying Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
  • Experience building and maintaining API Gateways and integrating PSPs (Payment Service Providers).
  • Familiarity with testing frameworks (PHPUnit, Pest) and CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Agile team experience using Jira and Postman for API testing.
  • Knowledge of microservices architecture and API design.
  • Front-end experience with HTML, CSS, Javascript and familiarity with ReactJs, VueJS, or Angular.
