Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist located in Lahore. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for HR management, developing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and personnel management on a day-to-day basis.

The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulations, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Responsibilities:
  • HR Management: Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Employee Benefits: Manage employee benefits, including salary, leave, and other entitlements.
  • Personnel Management: Oversee daily personnel activities, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Policies skills.
  • Employee Benefits and Personnel Management skills.
  • Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
