Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Officer to join our Human Resources team. The intern will assist with various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, documentation, and HR operations. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced HR environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment processes such as screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
  • Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Help organize and coordinate HR events and employee engagement activities.
  • Assist with HR policy communication and documentation.
  • Support payroll and attendance management functions.
  • Participate in various HR projects and initiatives.
  • Perform administrative tasks as required by the HR department.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelors in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute to team success.
