Senior Functional Consultant and Trainer for Dynamics 365 Business Central
We are seeking a highly experienced and certified functional consultant trainer to fill this key role. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and a proven track record of delivering high-quality training and consultancy services.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver Comprehensive Training Sessions: Focus on the functional aspects of Dynamics 365 Business Central, providing in-depth knowledge to clients.
- Develop Customized Training Programs: Tailor training sessions to meet client needs, ensuring maximum effectiveness.
- Provide Expert Consultancy Services: Help clients implement and optimize Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions, addressing their unique challenges.
- Mentor Junior Consultants and Trainers: Foster a collaborative learning environment, guiding and supporting junior professionals in their growth.
- Stay Updated with Industry Developments: Stay current with the latest updates and advancements in Dynamics 365 Business Central, incorporating new information into training materials.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing Teams: Work together to promote training programs and consultancy services, driving business growth.
- Assist in Training Material Development: Contribute to the creation of training manuals, documentation, and other educational resources.
- Evaluate Training Effectiveness: Conduct assessments and evaluations to measure the impact of training programs and identify areas for improvement.
- Design Course Materials and Curricula: Develop engaging course content, curricula, and assessment tools to evaluate trainee performance.
Requirements:
- MB-800 Certification in Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Minimum 7 Years of Experience as a Functional Consultant and Trainer
- Proven Experience in Implementing Dynamics 365 Business Central Solutions
- Strong Understanding of Business Processes
- Excellent Presentation and Communication Skills
- Ability to Develop Engaging Training Programs
- Experience in Mentoring and Guiding Junior Professionals
- Strong Problem-Solving Skills and Attention to Detail
- Willingness to Travel as Required
- Undergraduate Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a Related Field
- Professional Qualifications such as CPA, CFA, ACCA, or CIMA
- Software Knowledge Requirements:
- Familiarity with ISV Solutions and Their Integration with Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Experience with Popular ISV Products Such as Jet Reports, Continia Document Capture, and Tasklet Factory
- Understanding of ISV Compliance and Compatibility Standards
- Experience in Course Development, Examination, and Assessment
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Other Microsoft Dynamics Certifications
- Knowledge of Additional ERP Systems
- Familiarity with Project Management Methodologies
- Ability to Create Interactive and Multimedia Training Materials
- Strong Analytical Skills and Ability to Interpret Data
