Order Taker

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled Order Taker to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing retail and wholesale orders, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring timely deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take and process orders from retail and wholesale customers in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain accurate records of orders and customer details to ensure seamless coordination between clients and our team.
• Coordinate with the sales and warehouse team to ensure timely deliveries and meet customer expectations.
• Assist customers with product information and pricing to provide exceptional customer service.
• Handle order-related queries and ensure customer satisfaction through prompt and effective communication.

Requirements:

• Minimum Matric or Intermediate education required.
• Good communication and customer service skills are essential for success in this role.
• Basic knowledge of order processing and sales is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously is necessary.
• Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage but not required.
