Web Development Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Web Development Team Lead to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to lead a team of web developers and designers in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.

The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in web development and some experience leading a team of developers. They should be able to motivate their team to meet strict deadlines and understand how to maintain high-quality work.

In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing web development projects from start to finish. They should have experience in web development, with a strong background in PHP, HTML, HTML slicing, AJAX, Flash, developing shopping carts, and content management.

A strong database knowledge, especially in MySQL, is also essential. Excellent communication skills with clients and top management are required to ensure smooth project execution.
