Lead Web Developer

We are seeking an experienced Lead Web Developer to join our team.

About the Role
  • This is a senior leadership position that requires strong technical expertise and excellent communication skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of web developers, designing and developing applications, and ensuring timely delivery of projects.

Responsibilities
  1. Analyze customer requirements to design and develop applications that meet their needs.
  2. Coordinate with Product Managers to clarify any queries or issues related to project requirements.
  3. Select and use the best possible methods and components to design and develop systems.
  4. Share information and obtain realistic time estimates from the team for assigned tasks.
  5. Communicate time estimates with Project Management Office (PMO).
  6. Review code for quality and timeliness.
  7. Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders for issue resolution and clarification.
  8. Perform sanity checks before submitting tasks for Quality Assurance testing.
  9. Resolve issues reported by QA feedback in a timely manner.
  10. Take ownership of assigned resources and projects from inception to delivery.
  11. Lead a team, guide, teach, and instruct team members to ensure client needs are met.
  12. Write efficient and reusable software code to meet deadlines.
  13. Adhere to programming standards and defined SOPs for code standardization.
  14. Analyze instrumentation data to resolve issues.
  15. Support evaluation, testing, and implementation of new tools and technologies.
  16. Ensure optimum utilization of assigned resources.
  17. Submit timely time sheets and update project status.
  18. Perform other duties as assigned by Manager.
Job Specification
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in web application development using .NET.
  • Knowledge of HTML 5 is a plus.
  • Leadership and team building skills.
  • Multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to drive projects from start to finish with minimal supervision.
  • Able to deliver under tight deadlines.
