Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced and qualified Assistant Professor to join our academic department at the College of Electrical and Mechanical Engineering (CoE&ME) in Rawalpindi.

The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching and mentoring students in electrical engineering courses, as well as conducting research and contributing to the development of our department.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Teaching electrical engineering courses to undergraduate and graduate students
  • Mentoring students in research projects and thesis work
  • Conducting research in electrical engineering and publishing scholarly articles
  • Developing and implementing curriculum changes to improve student learning outcomes

The ideal candidate will have a PhD in Electrical Engineering or a related field from a recognized university, with specialization in Embedded Systems, Digital System Design, Wireless Communication, and Power Systems. They should also have PEC registration and be able to register with PEC before joining NUST if selected.

The following qualifications and skills are required:

  • PhD in Electrical Engineering or a related field from a recognized university
  • Specialization in Embedded Systems, Digital System Design, Wireless Communication, and Power Systems
  • PEC registration
  • Able to register with PEC before joining NUST if selected
