Job Opening: Lead Electrical Maintenance

Location:Hassanabdal, Punjab, Pakistan

Shift: Day

Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilledLead Electrical Maintenanceprofessional to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring13-15 yearsof experience in electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and control system management across various industrial machines and equipment. This role requires expertise in advanced instrumentation, power systems, CNC controllers, PLCs, and energy-efficient solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee Electrical Maintenance:Manage electrical maintenance for the plant, machinery, and equipment.

Maintenance Management:Handle breakdowns and oversee corrective and preventive maintenance using CMMS.

Machine Retrofitting & Overhauling:Lead retrofitting and overhauling projects for industrial machinery.

Installation & Commissioning:Supervise the installation and commissioning of new machines and equipment.

Operational Efficiency:Enhance electrical systems' performance by developing and maintaining them for optimal efficiency.

Team Management:Recruit, onboard, and manage the electrical maintenance team to meet operational objectives.

Engineering Optimization:Contribute to strategic planning with engineering recommendations, implement productivity and quality goals, and resolve issues through audits and system improvements.

Financial Planning:Forecast requirements, prepare annual budgets, manage expenditures, analyze variances, and take corrective actions to meet financial objectives.

Strategic Planning:Develop and implement electrical plans by assessing operational needs, estimating costs, and preparing budgets.

Project Management:Plan and supervise electrical projects, coordinate with contractors, manage installation schedules, and ensure compliance with codes and specifications.

System Maintenance:Establish maintenance schedules, perform regular testing, and coordinate system shutdowns and installations.

Safety & Compliance:Ensure a safe work environment by enforcing standards and adhering to legal regulations.

Continuous Learning:Stay updated on industry standards, codes, and technologies through professional development and participation in relevant organizations.

Collaboration:Work closely with senior management to achieve organizational and engineering goals.

Vendor Management:Manage relationships with vendors and subcontractors to ensure timely and quality service delivery.

Qualification & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering (BE/BSc).

13-15 yearsof experience in electrical maintenance and control systems.

Hands-on experience withCNC controllers,PLCs,VFDs, andHMI systems.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for troubleshooting complex electrical systems.

Knowledge ofgreen energy solutionsandHVAC systemsis a plus.
