Business Operations Specialist

The role of Commercial Manager is a key position within our organization, focusing on the optimization of listing performance across various online travel aggregators.
Our ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for hospitality and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Optimize listing performance through accurate descriptions, updated photos, and dynamic pricing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.
- Maintain accurate availability calendars across all online travel aggregators to prevent double bookings and ensure seamless operations.
- Coordinate with hosts to gather necessary information and assets for listing optimization.
- Monitor market trends and competitor pricing to adjust listing rates accordingly for maximum occupancy and revenue.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Previous experience in hospitality, property management, or online travel aggregator management is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of online booking platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, and others.
- Responsibility and ownership with bias towards action and delivery in a fast-paced, constantly changing work environment.
