Job Title: Social Media Manager

 

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that drive engagement, increase brand awareness, and foster customer loyalty.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies across various platforms (Facebook, X, Instagram, LinkedIn) to achieve business objectives.
  • Content Creation: Create engaging social media content (e.g., text posts, images, videos) that resonates with our target audience.
  • Community Management: Monitor and respond to social media mentions and messages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Performance Tracking: Track and analyze social media performance using relevant metrics to inform future strategy adjustments.
  • Advertising: Run social media advertising campaigns to expand our reach and drive conversions.
  • Stay Up-to-Date: Stay current on the latest social media trends, best practices, and platform updates.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other marketing team members to ensure brand consistency across all channels.

 

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in social media management.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, creative and innovative thinking, experience with social media analytics, scheduling, AI tools, and portfolio of managed clients.
