Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Social Media Business Strategist who can take full ownership of our digital channels. This is not just a content role, it requires a strategic mind who can analyze competitors, build and execute a tailored strategy, and run paid campaigns to generate leads and grow brand visibility across Instagram and LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct a competitive analysis of similar mental health and training brands (especially U.S.-based)
  • Build a social media strategy aligned with our brand voice, target audience (California-based professionals), and growth goals
  • Develop and implement a content calendar for Instagram and LinkedIn
  • Create engaging, professional content (posts, carousels, reels, quote graphics, etc.)
  • Write impactful captions with clear calls-to-action
  • Manage and grow community engagement (comments, DMs, shares)
  • Set up, manage, and optimize ad campaigns (Meta & LinkedIn) to generate qualified leads and brand awareness
  • Track performance metrics and adjust strategy accordingly
  • Collaborate with leadership on messaging, offers, and campaign planning
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of proven experience in social media strategy, content creation, and ad management
  • Demonstrated ability to run and optimize ads for brand growth or customer acquisition
  • Strong research and analytical skills — able to identify trends and positioning from competitor analysis
  • Fluent in English with the ability to write content in a U.S.-friendly tone
  • Familiarity with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Ads Manager
  • Must have insight or prior experience in the mental health, wellness, or professional training space
  • Based in Lahore, with availability for in-office work twice a week (minimum 6 hours/day)
Preferred (Not Required)
  • Interest or background in psychology, coaching, or startup development
  • Experience working with international or U.S.-based audiences
  • Prior work with personal development coaches, HR consultancies, or mental health brands
