Job Title: Search Engine Optimization Specialist

**About the Role:** We are seeking a skilled Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Specialist to join our team. As an SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for enhancing our website's visibility and rankings through effective keyword research, content optimization, and offsite SEO activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create comprehensive SEO strategies to drive organic traffic to our website
  • Oversee and supervise a team of SEO experts to ensure seamless execution of SEO tasks
  • Conduct thorough research to identify SEO-friendly keywords and optimize our content accordingly
  • Maintain and improve website health by resolving technical SEO issues
  • Develop and implement content optimization plans for landing pages, blogs, and websites
  • Collaborate with content teams on off-page SEO tasks such as link-building and forum commenting
  • Analyze and report on SEO performance metrics, including audience, traffic, and rankings
  • Work closely with the Social Media Team to create cohesive marketing campaigns
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO and marketing standards

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in SEO, preferably in a software house, e-commerce, or agency environment
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, business, or related field (desired but not mandatory)
  • Proven expertise in Technical SEO, Content Marketing, and Search Marketing techniques
  • A demonstrated track record of successfully optimizing websites, prepared to discuss strategies
  • Proficiency in web analytics tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console
  • Familiarity with search tools and platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, positive attitude, and collaborative spirit
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, ability to prioritize multiple projects
