Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Specialist

Job Summary: An SEO Specialist at Creative Chaos will be responsible for improving our organic search rankings and providing exceptional search engine optimization services. Responsibilities include enhancing website health via keyword research and content optimization, carrying out offsite SEO activities, and managing pay-per-click search campaigns to ensure their success.

Job Description:

  • Create effective strategies for search engine optimization
  • Oversee and supervise a team of SEO experts
  • Research SEO-friendly keywords
  • Monitor and resolve technical SEO issues
  • Optimize content for landing pages, blogs, and websites
  • Coordinate with content teams on off-page SEO tasks like link-building and forum commenting
  • Analyze SEO performance metrics and generate reports on audience, traffic, rankings, etc.
  • Collaborate with the Social Media Team on marketing campaigns
  • Stay updated on SEO and marketing standards

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of SEO experience, preferably in a software house, e-commerce, or agency
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, business, or related field (preferred but not required)
  • Proficiency in Technical SEO, Content Marketing, and Search Marketing techniques
  • Proven track record with websites demonstrating SEO ability; prepared to discuss strategies
  • Expertise in web analytics tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console
  • Experience with search tools and platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, positive attitude, collaborative spirit
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, ability to prioritize multiple projects
