Job Title: Chemical Management Professional

Provide high-level support to ensure the smooth operation of Quality Control (QC) activities, validation, and technical problem resolution.

  • Collaborate with the Quality Control Manager to prevent delays in product introduction and implement Continuous Improvement Programs (CIPs).
  • Ensure all physical, chemical, and instrumental testing is performed as per authorized procedures for raw materials and in-process products.
  • Review daily QC Lab planning and support Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) initiatives.
  • Dispose of Raw Materials and Packaging Materials within agreed-upon lead times and review analytical data before final disposition.
  • Support the Quality Control Manager and QC Staff in resolving technical issues in the QC Lab.
  • Guarantee timely completion of Non-Volume Related Activities (Training Schedule, Reference Standards, annual Calibration/Maintenance Schedule, LIR preparation/ER raises, and activities).
  • Plan and implement certification and reorientation schedules for analysts and maintain records.
  • Verify that one lot of raw materials included in the list of skip testing is tested (full specification) at least once a year or as required by procedure.
Requirements:
  • Science Graduate/Master degree; preferably Pharm D.
  • 5-6 years' experience in the same capacity.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent teamwork and problem-solving skills.
