Job Role: Procurement Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced procurement professional to lead our team's centralized procurement efforts. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing procurement strategies that promote transparency, efficiency, and compliance.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Maintain vendor relationships and ensure adherence to procurement policies
  • Support negotiations and contract finalizations
  • Promote ethical procurement practices and compliance
  • Coordinate procurement activities in alignment with regulatory requirements
  • Monitor cost-saving initiatives and sourcing opportunities
  • Prepare reports for procurement performance analysis
  • Participate in vendor evaluation and feedback processes
Key Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of relevant procurement or supply chain management experience
  • Experience in public or project-based procurement is an added advantage
  • Proficiency in SAP (preferably SAP MM & FIN module) and MS Office
Desirable Skills:
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Sound understanding of financial and risk management practices
