Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to Human Resources executives, compiling and updating employee records, and coordinating HR projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily HR functions and duties.
- Provide administrative support to Human Resources executives.
Data Management:
- Compile and update employee records (digital and physical copies).
- Process documentation and prepare reports on personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations).
Project Coordination:
- Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys) and take minutes.
- Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
Payroll Support:
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves).
External Communication:
- Communicate with public services when necessary.
Complaint Resolution:
- Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures.
Candidate Management:
- Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews.
- Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees.
Recruitment Support:
- Assist recruiters to source candidates and update the database.
Policies and Procedures:
- Making policies for company employees, labor, staff.
Requirements:
- 8 years of experience as an HR Manager, Staff Assistant or relevant position.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field from a recognized university.
- Basic knowledge of labor laws.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Strong communications skills.
