About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and enhancing the university's admissions process, leading effective marketing campaigns to attract prospective students.

This is a critical role in the university's admissions office, requiring a highly motivated and experienced professional who can develop and implement strategic enrollment plans to meet student admission targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage the student admissions process, ensuring efficiency, transparency, and compliance with university policies.
  • Develop and implement strategic enrollment plans to meet student admission targets.
  • Guide and support prospective students through the application process.
  • Coordinate with academic departments to streamline admission procedures.
  • Maintain and analyze admissions data to improve admission strategies.
Admissions Marketing & Branding
  • Plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns to promote university programs.
  • Utilize traditional, digital, and social media to enhance student outreach.
  • Develop partnerships with schools, colleges, and educational consultants.
  • Organize and participate in admissions events, open houses, and student fairs.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
  • Master's degree or higher in Business Administration with specialization in Marketing.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a university admissions office.
  • Proven experience in admissions marketing will be a strong advantage.
