Vacant Post of Assistant Director Admissions SUIT Islamabad Campus

Sarhad University of Science andInformation Technology, Islamabad Campus is seeking a highly motivated andexperienced professional to join our team as Assistant Director (Admissions).This role is crucial in managing and enhancing the university's admissionsprocess while leading effective marketing campaigns to attract prospectivestudents through traditional, digital, and social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

· Oversee and manage the student admissionsprocess, ensuring efficiency, transparency, and compliance with universitypolicies.

· Develop and implement strategic enrollment plansto meet student admission targets.

· Guide and support prospective students throughthe application process.

· Coordinate with academic departments tostreamline admission procedures.

· Maintain and analyze admissions data to improve admissionstrategies.

AdmissionsMarketing & Branding

· Plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns topromote university programs.

· Utilize traditional, digital, and social mediato enhance student outreach.

· Develop partnerships with schools, colleges, andeducational consultants.

· Organize and participate in admissions events,open houses, and student fairs.

PreferredQualifications & Experience

· Master's degree or higher in BusinessAdministration with specialization in Marketing.

· Minimum 5 years of experience in a universityadmission's office.

· Proven experience in admissions marketing willbe a strong advantage.

· Strong communication, interpersonal, andleadership skills.

· Proficiency in CRM software and digitalmarketing tools is preferred.
