Key Responsibilities:

  3. Department Head: Sales and Support: Prepare proposals, contracts, and maintain accurate documentation for all client interactions.">
  4. Sales Team Lead: Head a dynamic sales team and conduct regular performance evaluations to drive growth and improvement.">
  5. Business Expansion Manager: Develop innovative ideas to expand our business, identify new opportunities, and capitalize on existing relationships.">
  6. Critical Client Management: Effectively manage problem clients, and take proactive steps to resolve issues via Skype or other communication channels as needed.">
  7. Client Satisfaction Specialist: Demonstrate a genuine interest in the well-being of our high-profile clients and prioritize their satisfaction.">
  8. Target Achievement: Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly targets through strategic planning and execution.">
