Job Description

This Sales Planning Executive position plays a vital role in the success of our organization by driving sales activities and targets for all channels.

  • Develop and implement effective monitoring strategies through regular reports and dashboards to track sales performance.
  • Work closely with regional team members to enhance capability, advocacy, and product penetration at retail.
  • Assign sales targets to sub regions and ensure business growth through data-driven insights.
  • Identify challenges and their impacts on business and suggest solutions to overcome them.
  • Ensure retail audits for our Retail agent network.
  • Design strategies to enhance sales and overall growth.
  • Support ad-hoc analysis to inform Management decision-making.
  • Conduct performance meetings with regional teams and provide feedback.
  • Regularly visit markets to stay updated on industry trends.
  • Responsible for Network Rollout Planning, Relocation of sites, 4G Upgrades Planning, and Geo Marketing Analysis.
Requirements

To be successful as a Sales Planning Executive, you should have:

  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
  • Ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Experience in Performance Management and Insights, BI and Analytics, Product Planning, or Trade Marketing/Brands with P&L responsibility.
  • Education: Preferably MBA/MCS/BBA/BCS.
