At our organization, we're on the lookout for a highly skilled and results-driven Showroom Manager to spearhead the sales performance of our showroom.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales across all product categories and ensuring the achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual targets. Key areas of focus include identifying customer needs and providing personalized solutions, as well as ensuring a superior customer journey through staff training and engagement techniques.

To excel in this role, you'll need to maintain relationships with key clients, architects, and interior designers to encourage repeat business. Additionally, you'll address and resolve customer complaints or queries in a timely and professional manner. All quotations and sales proposals must be reviewed for accuracy before sharing with customers.

This position requires you to oversee daily operations of the showroom, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and an inviting environment. You'll also implement company standards, sales processes, and retail operational standards for efficient showroom functioning. This includes managing inventory levels and coordinating with the supply chain for timely stock replenishments.

As a leader, you'll lead, mentor, and motivate the showroom team to achieve individual and collective performance goals. Tracking daily sales, customer footfall, and conversion rates is also essential.

In terms of qualifications, we're looking for candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's preferred). Relevant experience in retail/showroom sales, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership or supervisory role, is also required.
