Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Test Analyst to join our team on a contractual basis.

About the Role:

The Deputy Assistant Director - Software Test Analyst is responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of software applications. This is a challenging role that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Educational Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or an equivalent field is required. The degree must be recognized and attested by the relevant authorities.

Experience:

  • A minimum of 2 years of post-graduation experience, with at least 1 year of experience in software testing at a reputable organization, is mandatory.
  • Certification in CTFL (Certified Tester Foundation Level) by ISTQB is preferred but not essential.

Key Skills and Competencies:

  • Functional and integration testing expertise is necessary.
  • Creating and maintaining test cases is a critical skill.
  • Familiarity with defect management and database knowledge is desirable.

Terms and Conditions:

  • The selected candidate will be employed for a contract period of 5 years, which may be extended if needed.
  • The management reserves the right to accept or reject any application without assigning any reason.
  • Only shortlisted candidates will be invited for a test or interview.
  • Candidates found providing false information will be disqualified.
  • Employees currently serving in government or semi-government departments must provide a No Objection Certificate at the time of submitting their application.
  • The age limit has already been relaxed by 5 years.
  • The selected candidate must provide Medical Fitness and Character Certificates.
  • No transportation allowance or daily allowance will be admissible.
  • Attested degrees from the relevant regulatory bodies must be provided at the time of the interview.
  • Females, minorities, transgender individuals, and differently-abled candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • The use of electronic gadgets, mobile phones, smart watches, etc. will not be permitted during the test and interview.
