About This Role

This Communication Liaison Officer position requires an individual who can effectively communicate with customers and resolve queries in a professional manner.

The successful candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, a strong ability to listen actively, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. To provide first-line support to customers via phone, email, or chat.
  2. Resolve customer complaints in a fair and timely manner.
  3. Update customer records accurately and maintain confidentiality.
  4. Work closely with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
  5. Contribute to improving customer satisfaction scores through proactive communication and resolution strategies.
  6. Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance knowledge and skills.

What We're Looking For:

  • Candidates should have a bachelor's degree or higher and excellent English communication skills.
  • Prior experience in a similar role or related field is preferred but not necessary.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
