Position Overview:

We seek a seasoned project manager to spearhead our Geo Marketing Strategic Projects team.

This role involves end-to-end management of projects, encompassing governance frameworks, stakeholder coordination, and timely execution. The ideal candidate will possess strong background in cross-functional project management, exceptional analytical skills, and ability to work under intense pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement PMO policies and standards across the entire portfolio of commercial projects.
  • Manage governance framework for cross-functional projects.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate project execution.
  • Deliver quality work on time while managing multiple projects under intense pressure.
  • Effectively manage internal & external stakeholders.
  • Present actionable insights with corrective measures.
  • Prepare management-level presentations and other requirements for the Consumer division.
  • Perform operational tasks of Geo marketing functions including database management, DWH lookup update, MBU maps creation and update.
  • Analyze performance of rollout projects.

Requirements:

  • At least 3+ years of work experience, preferably 1-2 years in a PMO role.
  • Strong background in cross-functional project management.
  • Proficiency in Excel and exceptional PowerPoint skills.
  • Ability to convert thought/narrative into actionable insights.
  • Stakeholder Management.
  • Pressure Handling.
  • Analytical & Presentation Skills.
