Senior Program Development Lead

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to lead our program development and implementation efforts. The ideal candidate will have expertise in program management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Program Development: Develop and manage new programs and initiatives that align with our organization's mission and goals.
- Communication and Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including donors, government officials, community members, media, and parliamentarians.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement long-term plans to achieve successful outcomes for our programs.
- Program Evaluation: Design and implement evaluation frameworks to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement.
- Funding and Budgeting: Develop and submit funding proposals to secure resources for our programs.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with program activities.
- Staff Supervision: Provide direction, input, and feedback to program staff.
- Collaboration and Coordination: Work with other departments to ensure effective delivery of services and maximize efficiency.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Master's degree in Educational Leadership or a related field;
- Proven experience in program management, leadership, and strategic planning;
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills;
- Strong knowledge of project management software and Microsoft Office applications.
