Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive business growth through strategic outbound calling and digital marketing efforts.

This role involves building strong relationships with Canadian financial professionals, identifying opportunities for expansion, and implementing effective strategies to enhance their market presence.

  1. Develop and execute plans to cultivate potential leads via Outbound Calling and Online Digital Strategies.
  2. Analyze Canadian financial markets and identify customer needs and trends to inform business development decisions.
  3. Leverage digital marketing tools to establish and maintain a strong online presence for clients.
  4. Nurture leads through various communication channels, ensuring a professional and positive representation of clients.
  5. Maintain accurate records of lead information in our CRM system, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  6. Implement follow-up strategies to progress leads through the sales pipeline.
  7. Monitor and report on lead generation and brand management activities and outcomes.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  2. Experience in lead generation, digital marketing, or brand management.
  3. Strong understanding of the financial services industry, with an emphasis on Canadian markets.
  4. Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  5. Proficient in digital marketing tools and CRM software.
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a global remote team.
