Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee our development office in Islamabad.

  • Establish a local development office in Islamabad,
  • Hire and manage a team of technical staff including 1 Development Manager, 5-10 Developers, 1-2 Technical Writers, 2-5 Testers, 2 Sys Admin, 1 DBA,
  • Manage day-to-day operations and administration of the development office,
  • Keep informed about government incentives and programs for foreign software companies.

This role reports directly to a Project Director based in Toronto, Canada.

For success in this position, you should have fluency in English, excellent communication, and presentation skills.

A strong background in development management, leadership, and interpersonal skills is essential.

Experience in establishing or managing a development team/office in Pakistan and familiarity with government incentives are highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee establishment and operation of the development office

• Manage a team of technical staff

• Report to a Project Director based in Toronto

Requirements:
