Software Product Manager Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Product Manager to lead our technical teams. This role combines hands-on development, operational ownership, and team growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Guide a team of Developers, setting personal & technical goals and assisting in achieving them.
  2. Conduct technical interviews and technically onboard talented associates.
  3. Evaluate changes and provide feedback.
  4. Manage project timelines, ensure efficient resource allocation, and facilitate team collaboration.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 2 years experience in leading technical teams or managing engineers to perform at their best.
  2. Experience giving feedback and conducting code reviews.
  3. Strong understanding of programming fundamentals.
  4. Expertise in at least 2 tech stacks (front end, backend, mobile).
  5. Application & Data Security knowledge and experience.
  6. Effective leadership and coaching skills to manage, support, and grow teams.

Additional Information:

  • Office hours: 8AM - 5PM with punctuality bonuses.

Project Management Skills:
