Customer Service Representative

About the Role:

This is a key position that requires excellent communication, organizational and multitasking skills.

The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel and Outlook.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business administration or management.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role demonstrating strong customer service skills.
  • Excellent communication, organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel and Outlook.
