Research Position in Environmental Sciences

We are seeking highly motivated and talented individuals for a research position in environmental sciences. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a project titled "Impact of rhizodeposition and incorporation of residues from Bt-cotton on soil ecosystem processes of carbon & nitrogen cycling".

The project aims to investigate the impact of rhizodeposition and incorporation of residues from Bt-cotton on soil ecosystem processes of carbon and nitrogen cycling. The research will be conducted in both field and lab settings, and the successful candidate will be responsible for collecting and analyzing data.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in environmental or related sciences/engineering, with experience in biogeochemical analyses, greenhouse studies, plant physiological analyses, and report writing. Good communication skills and ability to work independently are essential.

The appointment is purely temporary and will last for 12 months. The incumbent will be required to sign a bond for the entire duration of the project.
