Key Role: Sales Director

As a seasoned sales leader, you will spearhead our global sales strategy, driving revenue growth across international markets by building and scaling a high-performing sales engine for high-value enterprise clients in the ad-tech space.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Sales Function: Oversee the entire sales cycle from strategy to execution, leveraging your expertise to drive results.
  • Develop the Sales Vision: Collaborate with the Executive Team to define and execute a winning go-to-market strategy that differentiates us in the market.
  • Drive Strategic Revenue: Identify, target, and close high-value deals with publishers, utilizing existing relationships and understanding their needs to drive revenue growth.
  • Build and Scale the Sales Team: Hire, coach, and manage high-performing sales talent, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Stay Hands-On: Participate in high-stakes sales conversations and negotiations while coaching others to ensure consistent success.
  • Present and Educate: Deliver compelling product pitches and demos tailored to client challenges and verticals, showcasing the value proposition of our AI-powered solution, Traffic Cop.
  • Refine the Value Proposition: Work closely with Marketing and Product to refine our messaging and positioning, ensuring alignment with market trends and customer needs.
  • Optimize Pipeline and Forecasting: Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, forecast revenue, and hit aggressive growth targets through data-driven decision making.
  • Establish Strategic Partnerships: Identify and onboard channel partners to amplify our reach and drive revenue growth.
  • Inform Product and GTM Strategy: Relay market intelligence and customer feedback to shape our product roadmap and growth initiatives, ensuring we stay ahead of the curve.
