Project Financial Management Expertise

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and review detailed cost estimates and quantity take-offs.
  • Monitor project budgets and track financial progress.
  • Evaluate and verify material quantities as per project requirements.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure timely completion of tasks within budget.
  • Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards in cost-related activities.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications or a related discipline (e.g. B.Sc in Civil Engineering)
  • Minimum 07 years of experience in quantity surveying and cost estimation (hydropower experience is a plus).
  • Proficiency in project management and cost-control software.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively in a team.
