The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing high-volume kitchens, preparing menus, and training staff. They will be responsible for ensuring a safe and sanitary work environment, implementing quality control measures, and maintaining inventory levels.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement menu plans to meet corporate guidelines and customer preferences
  • Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance on food preparation, presentation, and safety protocols
  • Conduct daily production meetings to review production schedules, discuss customer feedback, and address any concerns or issues
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, waste, and labor costs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns and promotions
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, sharing knowledge with team members to drive innovation and improvement

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field, or equivalent experience
  • At least 5 years of progressive experience in senior-level culinary roles, preferably in high-volume foodservice environments
  • Proven track record of success in managing budgets, controlling costs, and driving revenue growth
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with food safety regulations and certifications (e.g., ServSafe)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
